Terms of Service

Lamora Labs provides:

• AI receptionist configuration and management
• Video repurposing (long-form to short-form clips)
• Social media scheduling through OpusClip's publishing system
• White-label agency fulfillment
• Related consulting and setup services

Detailed service descriptions, pricing, and deliverables are provided on our website and in individual service agreements.

For video clipping services

• You must provide a publicly accessible video link from an accepted source
• You must own or have rights to the content you submit
• You are responsible for ensuring the content does not violate copyright, trademark, or other intellectual property rights
• Lamora Labs is not liable for claims arising from content you submit

For social scheduling (Content Autopilot)

• You must authorize social accounts through OAuth or the platform's official connection process
• You must not provide passwords through unsecured channels (email, text, unencrypted forms)
• You are responsible for the content posted to your accounts, including compliance with each platform's terms of service
• Lamora Labs schedules approved content only. You must approve clips before publishing when included in your workflow

For AI receptionist services

• You must authorize call routing, phone number assignment, and calendar connections
• You are responsible for the accuracy of call scripts, FAQs, and business information provided for configuration
• Call recordings may be used for quality improvement and demonstration

• Pricing is listed on our website and may be updated at any time
• Setup fees are billed before service activation
• Monthly fees are billed in advance through Stripe
• Per-video fees are billed at the time of video submission
• You are responsible for all charges incurred under your account
• Unpaid invoices may result in service suspension

To receive services as described, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information
• Respond to requests for approval within 48 hours (delayed approvals may delay delivery)
• Provide publicly accessible video links (no password-protected or expired links)
• Authorize social accounts through official OAuth processes
• Maintain your own social media accounts in good standing with each platform
• Not submit content that is illegal, infringing, or violates any third-party rights

• You retain ownership of all source videos you submit
• You retain ownership of all clips generated from your videos
• Lamora Labs retains ownership of its workflows, configurations, and processes
• Demo clips on our website use sample content or content created with explicit permission
• Lamora Labs will not use your video content for promotional purposes without written consent

• Video clipping uses AI to identify content moments. Clip selection is predictive and based on engagement potential, hook strength, and clarity
• AI receptionist responses are generated based on configurations you approve
• AI predictions do not guarantee specific outcomes (views, engagement, leads, sales)
• Lamora Labs is not responsible for the performance of AI-generated content after publication

You agree not to:

• Submit content you do not own or have rights to
• Use services to publish illegal, harmful, or infringing content
• Attempt to access other users' data or accounts
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract our processes
• Use services for spam, deception, or fraudulent purposes
• Resell services without a white-label agreement

• Clip counts are approximate and depend on source video quality, length, and usable moments
• Turnaround times assume client-provided approvals are returned within 48 hours
• Social scheduling depends on platform availability and OpusClip's publishing system
• AI receptionist availability depends on telephony provider uptime
• Lamora Labs is not responsible for outages or changes to third-party platforms (OpusClip, Stripe, social platforms, telephony providers)

• White-label clients may resell Lamora Labs services under their own brand
• White-label pricing is based on volume and is quoted separately
• White-label clients are responsible for their own client relationships, billing, and support
• Lamora Labs does not contact white-label end clients directly unless authorized

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• Lamora Labs is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Total liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service in question
• Lamora Labs is not liable for third-party platform outages, API changes, or policy changes
• Lamora Labs is not liable for the performance of published content (views, engagement, leads, sales)
• Lamora Labs is not liable for social media account suspensions or bans resulting from platform policy violations

You agree to indemnify and hold Lamora Labs harmless from claims arising from:

• Content you submit for clipping
• Posts published to your social accounts (approved by you or your team)
• Inaccurate business information provided for AI receptionist configuration
• Violations of third-party rights, copyrights, or trademarks

• Either party may terminate monthly services with 30 days' written notice
• Setup fees are non-refundable after service activation (see Refund Policy)
• Upon termination, Lamora Labs will deliver any completed work in progress
• Social account authorizations will be revoked upon termination
• Video projects remain accessible in your OpusClip workspace after termination

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, USA. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Georgia.

We may update these Terms. Changes will be posted with an updated date. Continued use of services constitutes acceptance.
