How It Works

A Managed Build, Not a Login and Good Luck

Lamora Labs configures and manages the workflow so the outcome — an answered call, a delivered clip batch — is the thing you receive.

Onboarding

Six steps from call to live system

  1. 1

    Discovery call

We map the bottleneck: missed calls or unused long-form video.

  2. 2

    Scope and approval

You approve the call paths, clip volume, platforms, and messaging before anything is built.

  3. 3

    Configuration

We configure the receptionist, clipping workflow, calendar, and CRM connections.

  4. 4

    Testing

We run test calls, test submissions, and test triggers, then correct what does not behave as approved.

  5. 5

    Launch

The system goes live with the notification and delivery routing you selected.

  6. 6

    Ongoing management

Monthly plans include review and adjustment as your offers, hours, and content change.

Submissions

How a video order is routed

Submission routing rules

  • Free Sample enters the sample workflow.
  • Clip Starter must match a successful one-time payment.
  • Monthly clients must match an active subscription.
  • Unpaid paid-tier submissions are held for review.

What you receive

Labeled clip folders, titles, and suggested hashtags, plus a delivery summary when the batch is ready. Scheduling is included on plans that cover it.

Security

Account access is handled carefully

Do not send passwords through ordinary email, text, or an unsecured form. Lamora Labs uses OAuth, delegated access, or a protected credential process whenever available. Scheduling requires an authorized X/Twitter account; additional supported platforms may be added after X is authorized.
