3. How We Share Your Information
We do not sell your personal information. We share information only as necessary to provide services:
- Stripe — payment processing (Stripe handles card data; we do not store full card numbers)
- OpusClip / Opus — video processing and social media scheduling (video links and OAuth tokens for connected accounts)
- AI receptionist platform — call routing, transcription, and voice processing
- Google, Meta, X/Twitter, TikTok — only when you authorize social account connections via OAuth
- Service providers — hosting, email delivery, analytics (only what is necessary for their function)
- Legal compliance — if required by law, court order, or to protect our rights
4. Social Media Account Connections
When you connect a social media account (X/Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube) through OAuth:
- You authorize that platform to share access with our publishing system
- We use this access solely to schedule approved posts on your behalf
- We do not read, store, or use private messages, contacts, or non-public account data
- You can revoke access at any time through the platform's own settings
- Revoking access does not retroactively remove already-published posts
5. Video Content
- Source video links you provide are submitted to OpusClip for processing
- Processed clips are stored in your OpusClip project workspace
- We do not publish, share, or use your video content for promotional purposes without written permission
- Demo clips shown on our website use publicly available sample content or content created with explicit permission
- You retain full ownership of your source videos and all resulting clips
6. AI Receptionist Call Data
- Calls to AI receptionist phone numbers may be recorded for quality, training, and demonstration purposes
- Caller-provided information (name, contact details, reason for call) is used to fulfill the receptionist's function (lead capture, appointment booking)
- Call recordings are stored securely and may be reviewed by Lamora Labs staff for service improvement
- You may request deletion of call recordings at any time, subject to legal retention requirements
7. Data Retention
- Active client data: retained for the duration of service
- After service ends: client data retained for 90 days, then deleted unless legal retention is required
- Call recordings: retained for 90 days, then deleted
- Payment records: retained for 7 years as required for tax compliance
- You may request earlier deletion of your data, subject to ongoing legal obligations

Our website uses cookies for:
- Remembering your preferences
- Analyzing website traffic
- Functioning of contact forms and booking tools
