What is social copy?
Social copy is the written text that accompanies a social-media post. It may include the opening line, caption, short description, call to action, and suggested hashtags. Content Autopilot includes suggested post copy; Clip Starter and Content Multiplier include basic hooks and hashtags.
Who is Brandon?
Brandon is the public sample AI receptionist. Call 404-649-5562 for a demonstration limited to approximately three minutes. He is an AI voice assistant created for demonstration purposes, not a human employee.
Who is Nicole?
Nicole is the Lamora Labs AI receptionist for booking and scheduling. Call 678-338-8588 to schedule an appointment, discuss business needs, ask questions, request service information, or begin the AI receptionist setup process. Like Brandon, she is an AI voice assistant, not a human employee — she is simply not the public sample.
Can the receptionist book appointments?
Yes. Calendar booking is included from the Starter plan, and Growth and Pro plans support multiple departments or calendars with customized booking rules.
Can it transfer calls?
Transfers and escalations are available when configured. They are included from the Growth plan and expanded on Pro for complex routing.
Does Lamora Labs guarantee viral clips?
No. Content analysis is predictive and does not guarantee views, followers, leads, sales, or viral performance.
Will Lamora Labs post clips?
Scheduling is included in Content Autopilot. Approved clips are placed on a connected publishing calendar and scheduled to your authorized platforms after you approve them. Clip Starter and Content Multiplier clients post independently.
What is organized delivery?
You receive a clearly labeled delivery folder or dashboard organized by source video and delivery date. Each source video has its own folder containing finished clips and a clip list showing file name, title, suggested hook, and hashtags.
Can I upload a video?
Yes — a public link is preferred, and direct file upload up to 10GB is available when the submission form and storage system support that limit.
Can I pay online?
Yes. Clip Starter is a one-time $77 payment, and Content Multiplier ($497/month) and Content Autopilot ($897/month) are recurring. After payment you are redirected to the video-submission page.
Are social passwords required?
No. Do not send passwords through ordinary email, text, or an unsecured form. We use OAuth, delegated access, or a protected credential process whenever available. A connected X/Twitter account is required for scheduling.
Are software fees included?
Not always. Telephony usage, software subscriptions, SMS charges, extra numbers, premium integrations, multilingual configurations, and unusually high call volume may cost extra.
