Refund & Cancellation Policy

Before service starts (more than 24 hours before the video is processed)

• Full refund minus a 25% administrative fee
• Example: $77 payment — $57.75 refunded

After service starts (video has been submitted for processing)

• 0% refund
• Video processing begins immediately upon submission and cannot be reversed

How to cancel: email billing@lamoralabs.net with your invoice number before the video is submitted for processing.

Before the billing cycle starts (more than 24 hours before the cycle begins)

• Full refund minus a 25% administrative fee
• The billing cycle begins on the date of your first payment and renews monthly on that date

After the billing cycle starts

• 0% refund for the current billing period
• No charges for future billing periods if cancellation is received at least 24 hours before the next cycle begins
• Example: you pay $497 on the 1st and cancel on the 15th. You are not refunded for the current month, and you are not charged for the next month if cancellation was received by the 30th (24+ hours before the 1st).

Setup fees

• Non-refundable once configuration work has begun
• If cancelled more than 24 hours before the scheduled setup start date: full refund minus a 25% administrative fee
• If cancelled within 24 hours of setup start or after setup has begun: 0% refund

Monthly fees

• Same as the monthly retainer policy above (Section 2)

• Full refund minus a 25% administrative fee

After service starts

• 0% refund for the current billing period
• Future billing periods cancelled if notice is received 30+ days before the next cycle

• Additional source videos, extra clips, rush processing, revision rounds, and custom branding: non-refundable once work has begun
• If cancelled more than 24 hours before work begins: full refund minus a 25% administrative fee

• No payment required, therefore no refund applicable
• The free sample carries no obligation to purchase paid services

The 25% administrative fee covers:

• Payment processing costs (Stripe fees are non-refundable to us)
• Account setup and configuration time
• Project scheduling and resource allocation
• Communication and onboarding time

• Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days
• Stripe processing fees are deducted from the refund amount
• Refund confirmation will be sent to your email on file

Monthly retainer clients may pause service once per 12-month period for up to 60 days. During the pause:

• No monthly fee is charged
• No clips are processed
• No posts are scheduled
• Social account connections are maintained
• Service resumes automatically after the pause period

• Clips already published to your social accounts remain live
• You own all delivered clips and may continue using them
• Social account authorizations are revoked upon cancellation
• OpusClip project access depends on your own OpusClip account status
